Reporting to the Customer Support Specialist: On-line Sports Betting, this position is responsible for providing telephonic support services to players.

Job Description

1.       Welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

2.    Ensure that area of operation is kept neat and tidy at all times.

3.    Maintain high standards of crime prevention at all times.

4.    Ensure all emergency exits are clear of any obstructions.

5.    Ensure crowds are controlled at all times.

6.    Searching of guests with a metal detector or bodily if required.

7.    Ensure all guests adhere to the dress code.

8.    Ensure hotel management is advised upon the arrival of any VIP guests.

9.    Inform hotel management of any incidents that occur in operating area.

10.  Assist hotel guests with their luggage and the correct storing of luggage.

11.  Room a guest when required.

Qualifications

1.    Matric

2.    2 years high volume door experience

3.    Excellent inter-personal skills

4.    Well groomed

5.    Able to work under pressure
