Job Description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
To plan and execute promotions creatively and innovatively. Assist in co-ordinating and evaluating all Promotional Activities as per the required Standards within the agreed budgetary limits and parameters, thereby assisting in driving increased Revenues and Footfall to the Complex.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in the planning of promotional calendar according to market demands and departmental requirements.
Create, plan and research promotions for Frontier Inn and Casino.
· Execution and reporting of promotions.
· Implementation of policies and procedures for all promotions.
· Communication and budget control are key functions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Matric/Grade 12
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in a front - facing Casino, entertainment, or retail environment essential.
· Post Matric Diploma or Degree in Marketing will be advantageous.
· Strong event management and promotions co-ordination skills required.
· Strong communication and organisational skills required.
· Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft Office Suite)
· Shift work is an operational requirement.
