The role of the Direct Marketer at Peermont is to create and execute direct marketing campaigns – both in an automated and ad hoc manner to a variety of stakeholders and customers through all available channels, including but not limited to email, sms, push and direct messaging.

• Work with the Group Direct Marketing & Loyalty Programme Manager to plot out the Group and Individual Property direct marketing communications calendar and messaging.
• Create innovative and informative direct marketing communications to the various databases, based on approved lifecycle strategies.
• Analyse and report back on all campaigns and make recommendations accordingly.
• Manage the lists / databases in accordance with best practice and legal requirements governing direct marketing in South Africa and Botswana.
• Investigate and propose list acquisition ideas for all current and potential target markets.
• Manage database hygiene campaigns and processes.
• Execute campaigns across all channels as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to enhance direct marketing channels, strategies, and processes.
• Be an active member of the Marketing Department and actively participate in activities related to Department.

• Marketing Degree/3 Year Diploma
• Excellent time and project planning skills
• Above average computer literacy for both Office 365, any CRM software and or Marketing Automation software.
• Three years’ experience in similar role.
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.

• Shift work
• Will have to obtain a Gaming Board License from the relevant authority
