Job Description

Protection of company, guests & Casino / Slots gaming operations and assets via CCTV. To comply with Peermont Global Policies and Procedures as well as the Rules and Regulations of the Gaming Board, by making sure that these policies/procedures/rules and regulations are all adhered to by all departments, through constant monitoring.

  • Ensure compliance with all MER Acts, Rules and Regulations, including Graceland Policies and Procedures.
  • General administrative duties and report writing.
  • Maximum protection of company, staff and customer property
  • Conducting of Surveillance equipment checks.
  • Pro-active and re-active monitoring of all gaming and non-gaming areas.
  • Ensure effective communication with all management and staff members as far as Surveillance matters are concerned.
  • Monitoring of Tables, Slots, Cash Desk as well as Count activities
  • Ensure that all actions taken are aimed at minimising losses and increasing profitability.
  • Assist in investigations of risks and potential risks.
  • Provide support to all gaming department

Qualifications

 

  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • 1 year Gaming experience or Surveillance or Security 
  •  Must be PSIRA Grade C registered
  •  Must have good administrative skills.
  •  Must be a highly motivated person with good communication skills.
  •  Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
  •  Must have the ability to work under pressure.
  •  Must have good interpersonal skills.
  •  Must be medically fit.
  •  Must be computer literate
  •  Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak).
  •  Shift work is an operational requirement.
