Reporting to the Customer Support Specialist: On-line Sports Betting, this position is responsible for providing telephonic support services to players.

Job Description

To supervise all aspects of the Food and Beverage Outlet to the required standards within the agreed budgetary limits and parameters, and ensuring guest satisfaction and profit maximization.

To adhere to, maintain and monitor Food & Beverage policies and procedures.

·  Supervise the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Outlet, by adhering to Food &
   Beverage policies and procedures;

· Supervise Food and Beverage Staff, i.e. Waitrons, Barmen, Chefs and Stewards;

·  Conduct daily hygiene walkabouts, complete the required checklists, enforce the correct
    cleaning standards, Health & Safety standards and operating equipment;

·  Assist Management in dealing with Customer Complaints and resolving them;

·  Perform the daily stock counts required as well as the 10 day, 20 day and monthly stock
   takes with Barmen and Stock Controllers;

·  Monitor and adhere to the “Signing In and Out Control” Procedures for all contract services
   staff i.e. Time Sheets.

·  Submit timesheets to the labour service provider’s office on a daily basis and monitor clock
   in and clock out transactions on system report.

 

Qualifications

·    Matric/Grade 12;

·   2 Years related experience in a similar position in the Food & Beverage Service
     environment required;

·   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required with a strong focus on Guest
    Service;

·   Knowledge and experience in cost controls is required;

·   Computer literacy: MS Office, Micros and Materials Control required;

·   Shift work is an operational requirement.
