Reporting to the Customer Support Specialist: On-line Sports Betting, this position is responsible for providing telephonic support services to players.

To serve and entertain customers through dealing games and by attending to customer needs; following set guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations, working in a 24 hour operation and in smoking areas                                                               

1.     Matric / Grade 12 Certificate essential

2.     2 years’ dealing experience

3.     Knowledge of Gaming Systems, GGB Rules and Regulations

4.     Presentable and well groomed.

5.     Good inter-personal and Guest Relations skills are a must.

6.     Shift work is an Operational requirement

7.     Ability to work in a team environment

8.     Operationally required to work in a smoking environment and standing

• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• High level of integrity and confidentiality;
• Previous knowledge of online betting would be an advantage;
• Must be able to work shifts;
• Knowledge and interest in various sporting disciplines.
