Job Description

·       

·         Responsible for the daily performance of the online sport & casino platform

·         Assisting with weekly tax submissions for all online gaming

·         Compile onboarding content for the onboarding of staff

·         Assist Customer Service with all trading related queries  

·         Engage with marketing to optimise promotional material  

·         Accountable for the detection and prevention of fraud across all online gaming                    platforms, and the mitigation of risk on operations and compliance with all Gaming              legislation across all online gaming activities

Duties and Responsibilities

 •                Reporting

Ø    Compile detailed reports of the platform’s performance

Ø    Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor activity

Ø    Prepare and submit reports to the relevant Gaming Board as and when required

•                Player Analysis

Ø    Identifying suspicious betting patterns such as:

o        bonus abuse

o        live bet cheats

o        arbitrage

o        non-profit long-term accounts, trade accounts

Ø    Applying restrictions to online punters (limits, de-activations, bonus removal)

•                Sportsbook Promotions, Boosts & CMS

Ø    Assist marketing with sportsbook promotions

Ø    Compile prices and content for boosted sportsbook markets

Ø    Assist with promotional and bet boost reporting

Ø    Assist with CMS management

•                Monitor betting activity and live betting markets

•                Assist with customer support queries daily

•                Risk analysis

•                Manual Trading of Live in-play events

•                Working hours – may require shift work

•                Review and monitor member account registration, deposit, and withdrawal                         transactions

•                Perform initial investigations and take immediate corrective action to mitigate                     losses to the business

•                Ensure that the findings of all internal and external compliance audit reports                       are addressed

•                Build and maintain sound relationships with regulators and industry                                     stakeholders

•                Keep abreast of regulatory development and share these with the                                       Management team

•                Update, implement and monitor the enforcement of compliant customer terms                     and conditions and provide advice in relation to customer complaints and                             disputes

•                Ensure customers receive quality service and clear communication lines

•                Investigate and analyse market trends to obtain insight that assist in the                              prediction of customer betting patterns

Qualifications

·        Matric Certificate or equivalent

         5 years’ related experience

·         Outstanding knowledge of Gaming regulations, FICA and other legislation applicable              to online gaming operations

·         Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail

·         Ability to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion

·         Understanding of international online payment methods

·         Excellent knowledge of sports betting and sport in general

·         Ability to work under pressure and make quick and informed decisions

·         Experience with client support systems

·         Understanding of overrounds and betting percentages
