·         To check guests in on arrival.

·         To check guests out on departure.

·         To manage Guests’ room accounts.

·         To follow daily standard procedures.

·         To take, direct & telephonic enquiries and respond accordingly.

·         Grade 12 or equivalent

·         Good interpersonal skills will be essential

·         Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage

·         Computer literacy is essential

·         Must be able to communicate in English fluently (speak, read and write)

·         Previous experience in a similar position would be an added advantage
