Job Description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Supervise the Maintenance Operations within the specific discipline (Hotels & Public Areas) to the required Standards and in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carrying out repairs and maintenance on all public areas and hotels
Attending to any breakdowns after hours
Controlling loss, abuse and breakage of equipment and to ensuring all equipment and tools are handled and stored properly
Developing a thorough knowledge of all public areas and hotels equipment
Setting up any temporary equipment as required by management
Assisting with the control of budgets for public areas and hotels
Qualifications
Matric / NTC III in a Technical field
Carpentry / Plumbing trade preference
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Areas and Hotels maintenance.
Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Fidelio & BMS)
