The main responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• To assist and co-ordinate the Slots Hosts, to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and customer service. 
• Provide Customer Service in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with operational issues on the Gaming Floor.
• Ensure that Gaming Board rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Accurately verify and override progressive jackpots, jackpots, credit wins and special payments.
• Ensure that all gaming equipment, signage, promotional display and gaming chairs are clean and functional at all times.
• Resolve customer disputes in line with company practice as they arise.
• Recruit guests to the company’s Loyalty Programme.
• Monitor and control beverage service on the Slots floor.
• Inform staff and guests about current and future promotions.
• Correct poor performance, evaluate performance, reward performance and assign tasks to Slots Hosts.
• Accurately complete all admin related issues pertaining to the management of the Slots floor.

You will need to meet the following minimum requirements in order to apply for this position:

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2 to 3 year Slots experience in a similar position is required
• Computer literacy is essential
• Must have the ability to work with figures accurately
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skill is required

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work in a smoking environment.
• Shift work is an operational requirement.
• Will be required to obtain a Gaming Board Licence from the Limpopo Gaming Board
