The main responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Accurately account for all Gaming revenues.
• Check and verify counts.
• Checking, balancing and reconciling of Gaming departments paperwork.
• Perform weekly and monthly audits.
• Perform weekly and monthly balancing procedures.
• Balance and reconcile cashbooks on a daily and monthly basis.
• Balance Cashless Nominal float on a daily basis
• Calculate Cashless Liability on a daily basis
• Perform daily investigations of Cashless transactions and cashless cards.

You will need to meet all of the following minimum requirements in order to apply for this position:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• A Bookkeeping Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent 
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Casino Administration
• Must be Highly Proficient in Excel 
• A minimum of 3 years Gaming System experience
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent administration skills with and eye for detail 
•  ACCPAC/CASHBOOK experience will be an added advantage
