We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in an IT support/Network Engineer role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Support/Network Engineer to join our team in Kumasi, Ghana. In this role, you will maintain and optimize our organization's network infrastructure while providing exceptional technical support to end-users.

• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and firewall configurations.
• Ensure network security through monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware (routers, switches, etc)
• Monitor and optimize network performance and reliability.
• Perform network assessments, upgrades, and disaster recovery operations.
• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of software applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support and network engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• In-depth understanding of IT security best practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSE are preferred
• Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices
