Job Description

·         Prepare and send daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports as per request

·         Check float on site including cash needed to load machines to be in order

·         Receive money cassettes from the pay machines including accompanying reports and tally, record and reconcile the same against the system settlement report.

·         Load the money cassettes with adequate change float

·         Bank all cash collections

·         Prepare daily cash position

·         Safe custody of front office and back office cash

·         Safe custody of assets, stock and consumables on sites

·         Prepare change float for the next day including liaising with the bank to get the change in the right denomination and quantities

·         Provide help desk services to customers – assistance over the intercom, furnish customers with parking related information and generally attending to customers’ needs and support requests

Qualifications

At least 6 months working experience

Diploma in a Business related field or IT Field

Candidates training in engineering are also adviced to apply
