PaydFlex replaces manual, paper-based, WhatsApp-driven, and Excel-heavy workflows with a single operational platform. The system helps hotels reduce administrative work, improve payroll accuracy, increase operational visibility, and manage casual labour at scale more efficiently.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the PaydFlex product roadmap
- Work directly with hotel operators, HR teams, finance teams, and operations managers to deeply understand workflow pain points
- Translate operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance testing, and release planning
- Analyse product usage, operational metrics, and customer feedback to improve the platform continuously
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using technology and AI
- Ensure new features improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative burden for customers
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 5+ years experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles
- Experience working with SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Operations platforms
- Strong understanding of user workflows and operational process design
- Experience writing user stories, PRDs, and managing agile development processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a startup environment
- Highly detail-oriented and execution-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, staffing, gig economy, or workforce management industries
- Familiarity with payroll systems, attendance systems, or HR operations
- Experience working with Go, APIs, or technical backend teams
- Exposure to AI-driven workflow automation
- Startup experience
