With offices in Malaysia and Thailand, we're looking for a part time accountant to support the regional team in daily finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, employee tax, and basic HR administration.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
    •    Daily bookkeeping and accounting records
    •    Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
    •    Payroll processing and employee tax submissions
    •    Support tax filings and statutory submissions
    •    Maintain finance and employee documentation
    •    Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations
 

Qualifications

Requirements
    •    Experience in bookkeeping / accounting operations
    •    Familiar with Thailand payroll, tax, and statutory filings
    •    Comfortable using FlowAccount and basic spreadsheets
    •    Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
    •    Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines
