Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete Commercial bids by analyzing blueprints, labor, material, and time requirements for a project
• Maintain contact and relationships with private individuals and contractors
• Manage leads
• Collaborate with production and sales on projects
• Input cost data into company database
• Other misc. duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to legally and physically able to drive a motor vehicle
• Must be able to occasionally lift 100 pounds
• Must be able to occasionally climb stairs
• Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction background preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and plans required
• Experience with MS office and related business and communication tools preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well under pressure and meets deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills
