This position makes a lasting first impression for all our customers. You are essentially the first face our customers see!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing an overall fantastic service experience for current and prospective clients
• Answer multi-line phone systems in a pleasant and professional manner
• Assist sales staff in daily tasks
• Greet all guests, assist them to the showroom
• Notify sales staff of guests arrival
• Process new leads in software system
• Scanning and filing within the showroom/office
• Responsible for overall organization and upkeep of showroom including samples, literature, and supply inventory.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to physically and legally operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to perform frequent wrist, hand or finger movements 7+hours per day
• Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel preferred

• Maintain a great attitude
• Hardworking, dependable, goal oriented, strong communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, self-starter and highly motivated.

Our Showroom schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Working schedule can very within those hours. Must be available to work most Saturdays.
