Job Description

LPN to assist with tasks related to an elderly population that our practice manages. Experience along with compassion for a population that is often needy and without family. Skills related are ability to identify issues, medication management, physician appointments and blood pressure clinics.

Qualifications

LPN licensed in Connecticut, 10 plus years experience in varied settings a plus, ability to manage a computer program and flexibility. Hours remain flexible and amount to approximately 20 plus hours a week
