We are connecting software engineers and hiring teams at startups. Our goal is to offer a radically different approach to interviewing where engineers have more choice in defining their interview processes, beginning with who they speak to first. From our user research we've found that 95% of engineers are not happy with the status quo for how interviews commence.

Engineering talent is scarce and hiring teams know how difficult it is to identify, attract, and hire the right people. Many hiring teams are willing to be flexible on their hiring processes for great, passively looking candidates. Our solution is to pass over some of that flexibility in the interview process from the hiring teams to the engineering candidates.
