Job Description
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an American Multinational Consumer Goods company in San Ramon, CA. This is a 6 week contract position covering a leave of absence and pays $18.50/hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Individual will support 3 Account Managers and their business needs for Associated Food Stores (AFS), Affiliated Foods Amarillo, and Bashas.
Required Experience and Skills:
· Intermediate Excel skills required
· Demonstrated experience with creating pivot tables, links, v lookup
· Intermediate Power Point skills required
· Ability to take data and create Excel spreadsheets
· Good communication skills
· Must be able to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
Term of Assignment:
· 6-week assignment covering a leave of absence: 11-3-16 through 12-23-16
· Please note: client will be closed on 11/24-25 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday
