Job Description
Provide support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and
hardware. Interact with network services, software systems engineering
and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and
correct core problems.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and Customer Service skill
Knowledge of MS Operating Systems, MS Office, Hardware / Software,
Lotus Notes, Internet/Email
Remote Access or Remote Desktop experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory helpful
Knowledge and experience with MS Exchange a plus
Knowledge and experience with VPN helpful
Previous experience using Citrix preferred
Professional work history with a willingness to learn

$12-15.46/hr DOE + Benefits
