Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Must be available to work 40-hour work week between 8a – 9p Monday through Friday (some weekends)

SUMMARY:

· Responsible for providing advanced customer service support to brokers selling products via telephone or written communication.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists agents and brokers via telephone or written communication.

· Responds to inquiries involving commissions, legislation, product information and policies and procedures for Individual, Small Group, Dental and Life.

· Will be expected to average a certain number of phone calls per representative per week, average pieces of correspondence to be processed per day.

· Coordinates mailings and fulfillment requests.

· Assists in broker road shows.

· Provides reports to brokers.

· Works on special projects.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma and one year of related customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

· Previous health insurance industry experience preferred.

SKILLS:

· Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

· Advanced organizational, problem-solving and PC skills required.

· Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred.
