We are a FinTech startup, formed in 2013, our primary goal is to deliver a new intelligent and easy-to-use application for the Investment Management industry. Our software is progressing rapidly, which necessitates us to look to expand our team.

We're looking to employ an enthusiastic team member to come and work with us at our offices in St James' London. Exposure to computing and in particular programming either through work experience or formal education is necessary as you'll be providing direct support to both our development team and customers alike. At Parrish Blake we're excited by all things tech so if you’re in to software and new technology you'll fit right in.

We will provide support and training with the intention of the role becoming more Developer orientated over time and in the future it may be possible for you to work from home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Manage customer queries on existing systems via both phone and email

* Provide technical support to the Co-founders and wider development team

* Provide assistance to our test team

Required Experience:

* Keen interest in technology 
* Understanding of modern programming practices 
* Strong level of basic computing skills including Excel 
* Excellent communication skills
