Parra Consulting Group is looking for an Outstanding Capture Leader who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business within DoD, DoE, DHS and other government contracting markets. The Senior Manager is accountable for new business capture a management, market analysis, strategy development, managing the execution of the strategy, and monitoring press toward organizational objectives.

• Design, maintain and execute formal capture plans and monitor competitor activity for each capture.
• Develop the overall capture strategy, internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing.   
• Ensure the development of proposal solutions that offer competitive distinction and executable approaches correlated with the PTW strategy.
• Operate within the overall PCG business development and capture processes, philosophy and policies. Maintain a professional approach to performing duties, including full awareness and compliance of applicable Federal Procurement and Corporate Business Ethics Codes and Regulations.
• Assemble appropriate Capture Team personnel, and manage the direction of the core capture team.
• The successful Capture Manager is able to influence, motivate and drive results in high-pressure situations. He/She must demonstrate agile decision making, strategic thinking and ability drive the team to results.
• Prepare and lead Milestone Reviews once opportunity has been assigned

Minimum of 10 years strategic planning and management experience and demonstrated capture management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration /Management or a related Engineering discipline

Direct experience leading the capture of multiple large deals ($50+ million) within the Federal/DoD and other government contracting markets.

Candidate must have a mature and active network of contacts relevant to the Federal/DoD markets and the contractor industry that supports and operates within those markets.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within and as the lead of a high performance team; a highly motivated self-starter.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
