Job Description

The HR Coordinator is a key team member in the Human Resources department, responsible for the coordination of various HR functions to include training and development, organizing and scheduling orientations, improving HR processes and recommending applicable changes to HR management.

Essential functions

  • Internal HR document circulation executing in accordance with RF legislation: orders on hiring, discharging, vocation, promotion/demotion, disciplinary punishments, etc. Personal records drawing up and maintaining, work-books maintaining and keeping. Personnel substitution performance: crew changing schedule maintaining, requests for helicopter preparing, list of incoming/outgoing employees drawing up for railway tickets ordering. Personnel data base 1C maintaining which concerns working hours, eating and accommodation at drilling camp and staff personal data registration. Personnel working hours time sheet compiling for salary charging, on the basis of 1C data base.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

• Apoyar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, con el fin de atender las solicitudes de personal en las diferentes áreas de la organización, garantizando la cobertura de manera oportuna.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de requisitos, documentación y proceso de nombramiento y contratación de personal.

• Apoyar en la realización de los procesos disciplinarios al personal cuando se dé el caso.

• Velar por el adecuado archivo de las hojas de vida, con la documentación pertinente y actualizada.

• Efectuar traslados junto con las áreas correspondientes, que beneficien la operación de los proyectos.

• Implementar evaluación y seguimiento de los aprendices que están en la compañía.

• Velar por la adquisición de conocimientos y habilidades de los aprendices que llegan a la compañía.

• Cumplir con las directrices legales en cuanto a contratos de aprendizaje y cuota de Aprendices SENA.

• Realizar y expedir traslados, ratificación de cargos (otro sí) a los colaboradores de la compañía.

• Custodiar y actualizar los documentos que hacen parte del archivo de Personal.

• Contribuir a la permanencia del trabajador en la empresa, apoyando estrategias orientadas al plan de sucesión, estímulo al desempeño y la implementación de programas de formación personal y bienestar.

• Apoyar y acompañar las capacitaciones referentes al área.

• Apoyar la terminación de contrato con y sin justa causa cuando se dé el caso.

• Identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales que se presentan dentro de la organización.

• Apoyar las diferentes auditorias en materia de recursos humanos.

• Cumplir con los diferentes programas y charlas dados por la compañía.

• Cumplir con los lineamientos de la compañía, reglamento interno, manuales, normas, políticas y actividades establecidas por nuestros clientes, a quienes prestamos nuestros servicios, para lograr los objetivos propuestos.

• Desarrollar cualquier otra función inherente al cargo, que le sea asignada por su jefe inmediato.

Qualifications

Necessary qualifications, skills and abilities

  • Higher education Strong English language skills Strong PC skills (Microsoft office package), knowledge of 1C program 1+year experience in the position Project support coordinator or HR/travel coordinator experience would be an advantage

Additional qualifications, skills and abilities

Profesional en psicología y/o carreras asociadas con la administración de recursos humanos. Tres (3) años de experiencia en manejo de personal y procesos laborales. Deseable dominio del idioma ingles.
