Job Description

o   Should have at least 1-2 years of work experience.

o   Oracle ERP experience is strongly preferred.

o   Processes payments, invoices, and vouchers in accordance with standard routine(s), checking for completeness and obvious errors.

o   Extracts specified information or adds appropriate standard coding and attachments to documents.

o   Compiles simple summaries of information relating to documents processed.

o   Locates and extracts information from files and records as requested.

o   May perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division manually or using a calculator.

o   May assist more senior clerks under close supervision.

o   Exhibit friendly, positive and team-like behavior.

o   Follow all Company policies and procedures.

o   Must be capable of working in a team environment.

o   Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.

Qualifications

o   A High School diploma is required.

o   Bachelor’s degree is preferred
