Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Sales Support Specialist will provide support to Paragon Technical’s sales engineers, principals, distributors, and customers in a variety of capacities described below.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build great relationships with internal teams, customers, distributors and principals.
• Closely work with sales teams and proactively seek any opportunity to support them with all business related activities.
• Enter sample orders and track to ensure timely delivery of customer samples.
• Analysis of POS and first time buy reports to generate new opportunities.
• Enter quote requests and provide pricing to customers and distributors.
• Manage backlog for customers to ensure timely delivery and lead-time compliance.
• Enter and track commission splits.
• Entry and maintenance of sales opportunities into CRM tools including Salesforce.com, ModelN, Google DOCs, Excel (Pivots), etc.
• Report generation and analysis using CRM tools and commission analysis tools (Empowering)
