Responsibilities: 

Selected candidate will be responsible for Level 2/3 Operations Support for the Windows desktop environment at Fannie Mae. Fannie Mae is in transition from Windows XP to Windows 8.1.Current;ly there are about 14,000 Windows XP machines and about 1700 Windows 8.1 machines and the majority of Windows XP machines are expected to be converted to Windows 8.1 within next six months. This position is not associated with the Windows 8.1 migration. It is for supporting XP users and the Windows 8.1 users post migration. 

Technical Requirements: 

1. Experience in administration/support of a large scale Windows environment. Windows XP and 8.1 experience preferred. 

2. Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills 

3. Good verbal and written communication skills 

4. Experience in Windows 8.1, Bit9 parity, Bit Locker, App Locker, Office 365, AD GPOs is preferred

Bitlocker  and Migration experience
