Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, a savings and loan association, is looking to hire a Project Manager in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

∙ Define, document, plan and manages the implementation of financial systems projects as leader of cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams;

∙ Work with business users to identify issues and manage expectations;

∙ Manage issues and follow appropriate escalation procedures to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or exceeding documented targets;

∙ Ensure project participants maintain focus, motivation and execution;

∙ Manage internal project resources and external vendors;

∙ Deliver projects according to agreed specifications and deadlines;

∙ Maintain active and effective relationships with business users and technology resources.

Requirements:

∙ Experience with Business Analysis / Project Management with a focus on complex, multi-department implementations (5+ years);

∙ Experience managing projects in multiple phases of the project life-cycle;

∙ Experience with Commercial Lending or Residential Lending;

∙ Experience with Moody’s Risk Origins (preferred);

∙ Experience with Leasing (preferred);

∙ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering with the appropriate emphasis in Project Management.
