What You’ll Actually Do
Bridge the Gap: Be the strategic lead between Product Marketing and the Web team, treating papercut.com like a product to ensure our global web presence is impactful and cohesive.
Master the Multichannel Puzzle: Manage complex messaging across SaaS and On-Premise solutions, ensuring clear, outcome-based stories for diverse personas and global regions.
Map the Journey: Interrogate data using Heap and Microsoft Clarity to define "Jobs to be Done," while conducting qualitative interviews to validate customer and partner needs.
Finesse Technical Truth: Partner with Engineering and Support SMEs to transform raw technical knowledge into high-impact, brand-aligned content that guides visitors from education to lead.
Optimise Information Architecture: Rethink how technical documentation is accessed, ensuring "how-tos" are intuitive and structured.
Drive the Roadmap: Own the backlog for product-related web improvements, setting clear requirements and priorities that deliver the highest value.
