Job Description

As our IT Systems Specialist within our internal IT team, you'll help ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day IT operations. You'll keep our engineers coding, our support team supporting and our finance team crunching numbers.

Reporting to our IT Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 4 days per week and 1 day from home.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • You'll provide IT support to PaperCutters across our different regions, in person and remotely.
  • Support the rollout of new technologies and enhance existing systems, ensuring a focus on both user experience and security.
  • Ensure we are adhering to our ISO27001 compliance requirements by following internal processes.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure end-user hardware purchases are cost-effective and suitable for PaperCutters needs.

A little about you...

  • You have detailed knowledge of general IT, such as systems administration and databases.
  • You have experience working across multiple operating systems, such as Windows Desktop and Server, macOS and a variety of Linux distributions.
  • You love engaging with people and using your technical skills to empower team members to do what they do best.
  • You have experience with both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
