The General Sales Associate is responsible for prospecting leads, generating sales, and ensuring end-to-end customer success through various sales methods and channels. S/he collaborates closely with the Operations Team, Marketing Team, and the Regional Yarn Production and Innovation Center (RYPIC) Iloilo facility in Miag-ao and reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Generation and Management: Attracts prospects and increase their interest about company products and service to convert them into and nurture them as a customer
  • Identifies and reaches out to customer prospects
  • Communicates effectively using various digital techniques to build rapport and meet customer needs
  • Provides ongoing support through product and service assistance and education
• End-to-end Customer Success: Oversees and ensures end-to-end customer success both for online and business accounts
  • Creates product quotation and sends to customers.
  • Coordinates Purchase Order with Sourcing Curator and COO
  • Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers by providing regular updates from order production to fulfillment
  • Requests customer experience feedback from customer after order fulfillment
• Sales Recording and Reporting: Ensures documentation and check and balance of sales transactions and records.
  • Maintains a daily record of sales transactions
  • Coordinates with Finance team for check and balance

Education:

• Graduate of any two (2) to four (4) year undergraduate courses, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Fashion, Communications or Marketing
• Open to Senior High School graduates under the ABM Strand with 1 to 3 years work experience as a Sales or Customer Representative

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in business, sales, communications, or marketing (fresh graduates with extra- or co-curricular experience in sales are welcome to apply

• Should be a fast learner and willing to be trained about Panublix products
• Communicates effectively using various digital techniques to build rapport and meet customer needs
• Identifies and assesses customer's needs to build and close sales.

• Uses basic digital tools and technology such as Google Business or Microsoft Office that are used for daily operations or transactions
