Job Description
Your Career
As the Regional Campaign and AI Marketing Transformation Manager, you will redefine how marketing campaigns are planned and executed across JAPAC by combining traditional campaign marketing expertise with an AI-first mindset. You will be responsible for creating and operationalizing AI-driven workflows that enhance speed, scale, and personalization — while infusing human creativity and regional expertise.
Sitting within the JAPAC Centre of Excellence, you will partner with global campaign teams, and JAPAC stakeholders across field marketing, ABM/CXO programs, customer advocacy, industry marketing, and volume marketing to translate global campaigns into JAPAC-ready initiatives. This includes ensuring campaigns are always-on, scalable, and localized for country-specific languages and cultural nuances.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, forward-looking marketer who thrives in both execution and experimentation, understands traditional demand generation, and can elevate it by embedding AI into campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Your Impact
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Partner with global and JAPAC stakeholders to translate packaged programs into regionalized, AI-enhanced campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, cross-sell, and upsell.
Build always-on campaign frameworks that integrate human creativity with AI-driven automation, ensuring speed, scale, and relevance.
AI-Enabled Marketing Workflows
Design and implement AI workflows for content generation, localization, campaign orchestration, and reporting.
Drive AI adoption across campaign processes — from data enrichment, persona insights, and customer journey mapping to asset creation and sales enablement.
Localization & Relevance
Ensure global content and campaigns are adapted for JAPAC markets, including translation into local languages and cultural tailoring, supported by AI translation tools + human review.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement / Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with field teams, ABM/CXO, industry, customer advocacy, and volume marketing to align campaigns to JAPAC priorities.
Partner with BDR/inside sales to ensure leads are of the right quality, dispositioned in time, and supported with AI-enriched insights and talking points.
Partner with technical solution teams, business value services, customer success, global campaign and product marketing, and local sales leaders to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
Measurement & Optimization
Establish goals and metrics, leveraging AI-powered analytics for pipeline attribution, content performance, and engagement trends.
Create a continuous feedback loop, using AI to surface insights, while human judgment guides pivots and improvements.
Qualifications
Your Experience
8–10 years’ experience leading demand generation and campaign marketing for enterprise software and/or SaaS.
AI-first mind set with demonstrated ability to blend AI with human creativity.
Hands-on expertise in AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Demandbase, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, or others) to scale content, campaign execution, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms), with experience in multi-channel execution.
Proven ability to translate global campaigns into regional execution, including localization for language markets.
Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring campaign impact and tying results to revenue.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows.
Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills to partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
