Job Description

Your Career

You will be responsible for Embedded SE work, proposing our latest SOC platform (Cortex Products)to customers.

Your impact

  • Cortex product group, which is the core of our cybersecurity (XDR that provides EPP, EDR, NDR, etc., improving security operations using SOAR, SIEM that detects threats of cyber attacks and internal improprieties early, attack surface management, etc.) You can work as a sales engineer in charge of cyber security services)
  • We will present the technical benefits of our cybersecurity products while providing various technical support to customers when conducting product/service introductions, demonstrations, and PoC verification of Cortex's product group
  • Providing technical consultation to appropriately guide cybersecurity measures according to the customer's industry
  • Sales enablement activities such as product training for existing customers, prospective customers, internal account sales/SE departments, marketing departments and partners
  • Act as an interface between the sales team and technical support to resolve customer technical issues
  • Promotional activities such as webinar presentations and product demonstrations at events sponsored by our company or in cooperation with partners

Qualifications

Your Experience

[MUST]

  • Pre-sales engineer proposal experience required. (Customer analysis, issue presentation, product/service proposal)
  • Have understanding and experience regarding customer cybersecurity measures - (Pre-sales experience on cybersecurity measures for endpoints/networks/cloud)
  • Japanese - fluent or native level
  • English - Email at business level, speaking at everyday conversation level

  • Endpoint (EPP, EDR) experience
  • Experience in network security (IPS/IDS, NDR, ZTNA)
  • Experience in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure, CSPM, CWPP)
  • SIEM, SOAR experience
  • Knowledge and experience regarding SOC operations
  • Experience with security services such as vulnerability diagnosis services
  • Knowledge of malware/exploits/sandboxes/scripts such as Phthon/OS and cloud/virtualization environments
