Do you have strong financial analysis experience supporting a software sales team and the ability to drive strategic insights? Looking to make a difference in a high growth business environment?
As part of the Strata Finance team, working with the Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for the business reporting, identifying actionable trends and opportunities for the Hardware product line.
We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an effective communicator, and a leader passionate for driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment – all-in-one. This individual will report to the Finance Director, Product.
Develop financial models with business partners to support our forecasting and planning processes.
Provide actionable insights on business drivers like discounting, deal sizes, sales productivity, renewal rate, adoption rate, and LTV:CAC
Partner with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to shape growth and profitability initiatives.
Collaborate within Finance on process, reporting improvements, deliverables and data integrity.
Develop SaaS measurements and processes for management reporting.
Deliver & streamline executive reporting on top-line and expenses leveraging SFDC, Tableau & Google Sheets.
Execute on requests from business partners, corporate FP&A, accounting, and other cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis and developing business cases
2-3 years experience in data reporting with BI tools such as Tableau
Strong understanding of SAAS metrics, sales processes and supporting functions.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM, planning, and ERP systems such as SFDC, SAP, BPC, and Tableau
Self-starter, ability to collaborative in a fast paced environment to drive closure
Strong communication and presentation skills
