Your Career

This position will report to the Director, Business Operation, and Chief of Staff - Cloud-Delivered Security Services at Palo Alto Networks.  You will support the product management team, while also partnering with engineering teams and cross-functional organizations.  This unique role will interlock with multiple parts of the business including engineering, sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, channels, and many parts of the company.

Your Impact

  • Newly designed role to drive strategic initiatives span across functional teams, build alignment and operational rigor across the entire organization, and deliver outstanding products to our customers.

  • Support strategic planning and monitoring on product development and operating parameters such as headcount and spend.  

  • Drive/support cross-functional interlock and Steering Committee, QBR, and Partner Executive Reviews.

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and common execution to priorities and strategy.  Tracks progress of deliverables results against the technology transformation road map for the enterprise

Your Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field is desired.

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in product management or engineering organization, in designing and establishing processes to build strength and improve rigor in execution, quality, and organizational health.

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

  • Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teams

  • Proven track record in project and business management with outstanding attention to detail

  • Ability to excel in ambiguity and demonstrate solid judgment and rigor in a fast-paced environment.
