Job Description
Focus: WORKSHOP: Link between (local) operations and (global) engineering. Support for production.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Support: Guide prototype build
Responsible to analyse and solve issues in the workshop: develop practical solutions, considering rules and regulations, customer requirements, costs, lead times
Technical evaluation of engineering deliveries: Bill-of-Materials, assembly drawings
As-built information; report and archive differences to assembly drawings
Capability to analyse and improve operational processes
Quality Assurance, maintain Palfinger “Lifetime Excellence”
Incoming inspections, intermediate inspections, End-of-Line inspections of (sub)assemblies, considering material properties and proper workmanship
Internal and external supplier audits
Report and archive quality inspection protocols
(Coordinate) calibration of workshop tooling
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

MBO Technical Education, for example: Maritieme Techniek, Operationele Techniek, Werktuigbouw, Autotechniek
5 years’ experience in technical/ production environment
Fluent Dutch and proficient English
Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Experience with AutoCAD/ AutoDesk
Experience with 3D modelling software in general
Read and interpret technical drawings
