Service Coordinator (F/M) 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing of projects onboard of vessels and offshore installations, from order to invoice
• Provide first line of technical support to Service Engineers during job execution
• Single point of contact for the customer, for relevant project issues
• Briefing and de-briefing of Service Engineers and prepare follow-up documents/actions
• Prepare reports for customer
• Cost control of the projects
• Registrate and document all relevant service reports, certificates and documents in our CRM system and project folders
• Responsible for proper invoicing and closing all projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES:                            

• Technical  (HBO level) – preferable in mechanical engineering.
• Broad general technical interest
• Experience in maritime and off-shore industry
• Experience in managing larger projects
• Familiar with HSEQ requirements
• Experience in planning and coordination of Service Engineers
• Relevant working experience can compensate education level
• Background in cranes is a pre
• English and Dutch spoken and in writing
• MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills
• Pro – active attitude
• VCA VOL
