The Job:
We are looking for someone goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and who loves to travel around Europe to fill the Field Account Executive position inside our company.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
A high level of English is mandatory as most of the work will be carried out in this language.
Job conditions
The company is located in Barcelona, Spain.
Start date: Q1 2019
The compensation package will be evaluated according to the relevant experience of the candidate between 18k€ and 24k€ per year.
We also offer 26 labor days of holidays per year.
Availability for this position is immediate.
Primary duties
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Handle day to day operations on the CRM
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Following up on sales enquiries from customers
General sales administration as required.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Perform effective demos to prospects
Participate in the improvement of the sales process

Coordinate shipment of products and to customers together with logistics team
Participate in the improvement of the sales process
Calculate, quote, and negotiate price, deliveries and terms of sale
Assist in expediting customer and vendor purchase orders
Preparation of reports and statistical data.
Provide support / participate in national and international trade shows, fairs and events
Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Proficient in English (we work 100% in English)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive team-working attitude
Availability to travel required - at least 30% of the time will be traveling.
Technical background - you will be trained in using our robots.
Desired Requirements
Technical or Engineering background is a plus
Knowledge in using Linux is a plus
Proven sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
Experience working with CRM
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of international trade (customs, duties, tariff, etc.)
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
Good knowledge of Office / Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets…)
