PAL Robotics is a robotics company developing humanoid service robots. Our goal is to develop humanoids that can perform useful tasks in the real world. We are a young and multidisciplinary team of highly motivated engineers, that have successfully developed several prototypes and products.

Start date: immediate.
The compensation package will be evaluated according to the relevant experience of the candidate (between 20k-26k€).

Duties and Responsibilities
Performing all purchasing procedures and organize documentation.
Support accounting for invoicing and payment.
Maintain suppliers database.
Process purchase requirements, find appropriate suppliers, negotiate prices, generate and follow orders, control delivery times and material reception.
Investigate, work through and resolve quality issues with the suppliers.
Interact effectively with R&D, Production and Sales Departments to resolve technical issues and provide support to decision making.
Desired skills and experience
3+ years experience on purchasing.
Previous experience with robotics or technical purchases.
Previous experience dealing with providers and manufacturing workshops.
Experience working with PDM and ERP systems (i.e. Odoo)
Inventory maintenance and stock levels management to support the guaranteed stock program and assure overall supply for manufacturing.
Mechanical and electrical components fundamental working knowledge and specifications understanding is a plus.
Required Personal Capabilities
A highly motivated self-starter, capable of self-managing with little supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capability.
Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment.
