PAL Robotics is a robotics company developing humanoid service robots. Our goal is to develop humanoids that can perform useful tasks in the real world. We are a young and multidisciplinary team of highly motivated engineers, that have successfully developed several prototypes and products.

Job Description

We are looking for an administrative, methodic and dynamic person. The selected individual will be in charge of performing administratives tasks at PAL Robotics.

Part of the job implies carrying out tasks such as store and digitalize documents, take care of logistics and help to do the monthly reports.


The company is located in Barcelona, Spain.

Start date: Q1 2017

The compensation package will be evaluated according to the relevant experience of the candidate.

Primary duties

  • Prepare payments and payroll

  • Invoice processing

  • Bank reconcilement

  • General administrative and reporting tasks

  • Integral logistic tasks

  • Assist in various departments, as required

  • Answer, screen and accurately route incoming phone calls

  • Purchasing and hospitality duties, including office supplies, first-aid supplies, kitchen supplies, cell phones and cell phone service

  • Offices services (cleaning & recycling company, electric company, etc)

  • Manage relation with accounting agency

  • Provide information about the company and its procedures

  • Greeting and assisting staff and visitors as needed

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proficient in English (we work 100% in english)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive team working attitude

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as administrative assistant

  • Good knowledge of Office / Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets…)


Desired Requirements

  • Knowledge of ERP

  • Good knowledge of accountancy

  • Knowledge about Taxes and Social Security

  • Knowledge about legal documentation

  • Experience with digital certificate and government agencies

  • Experience with reporting and auditing for EU projects

  • Experience with government grants and subsidies
