About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to manage all Kronos-related activities, ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly. This includes maintaining the highest standards of service, addressing queries and requests efficiently, and adhering to all Kronos processing rules.

Additionally, you will be responsible for making master data changes with the correct documentation and providing support and training to all Kronos users.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage Kronos databases for ANZ, ensuring all pay rules align with systems and employment agreements.
  • Configure and connect all existing and new time clocks to the KRONOS network.
  • Ensure payment rules comply with CEAs and EBAs, and troubleshoot issues in timecards, pay rules, and time clocks.
  • Scope and integrate new acquisitions into Kronos and implement process improvements.
  • Provide support for Kronos database queries, train employees across ANZ, and ensure accurate FRDs for all PACT Paid and agency temp workers.
  • Create hyperfinds to support site-specific employee filtering and issue KRONOS ID numbers for labor hire.
  • Maintain full compliance with Pact Group’s Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental (WHSE) policies and all relevant legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Environmental Protection Authority Act.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Experience in Kronos systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and database management. 
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Payroll experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Collective Employment Agreements (CEA) and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA), ensuring compliance with all relevant pay rules and regulations.
  • Action-oriented approach with a proven ability to implement and embed change.
  • Strong analytical skills.
