About the Role

The Customer Service role manages the daily interface with customers, ensuring that our customer’s needs are met either directly or indirectly, in a timely and professional manner.  The role is also responsible for all administrative processes and procedures linked to the customer interface and the support of the account managers in achieving their accountabilities.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide the level of support required so that the Account Managers can focus on account management and ensure targets are met.
  • To ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner and to protect the customer relationship through professional interface on a daily basis that reflects the company’s values.
  • Complete requisite administrative activities so that the Account Manager and Customer queries are processed efficiently.
  • Ensure that complaints from customers are recorded and responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that customers are fully informed of any changes or additions to process or information.
  • To solicit and feed back to the team, customer information as received.

Your skills and experience:

  • You love to multitask and are a highly organised individual with great verbal and written communication.
  • Ideally you will have experience in fast-paced customer service/hospitality. 
  • Team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn and take on new knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP or similar software systems is an advantage.

Desirable:

  • Customer service training, SAP training, QSE Regulatory Training
  • Customer Service experience in an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
