About this opportunity- Night Shift Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor is a front-line leader who safely leads and manages Operators and day to day in all areas of the Site.

The Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision and direction of the shift production team who process and manufacture and pack plastic pails and lids.

With the ability to understand and manage the technical component of the role, the Supervisor makes up part of the Site leadership team.  This role is designed for a motivated self-starter who has the desire to make a difference.  As a highly autonomous position, the Supervisor will become multi-skilled in all areas of the Operations, to ensure intimate knowledge of the site and the operational processes, allowing for escalation from the Operators, and mitigating risk to the business.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Knowledge of the injection moulding process for the manufacture of rigid plastic packaging including an understanding of the equipment is preferred
