Responsibilities

• Design Target Operating Model Framework of Shared Services Center (SSC): Process Flow, Split Role, SLA, Process Control/Operation Metrics
• Involve in Project Implementation of SSC: Implementation & Migration Plan and Go Live Scenarios, Hypercare and Stabilization, Communication and Change Management 
• Continuous Operation Improvement/Maturity level of SSC (Maturity Capability of People, Process, Platform, Operation) 
• Setup of Services Management and Governance of SSC (Services Catalog, Business Model/Scheme, Services Agreement)
• Identify existing Pain Point of Shared Services Center (Process, Policy, Platform) 
• Define operation SLA, Process Control/Operation Metrics of SSC
• Design new Process Flow, Split Role, SOP and Handbook of SSC
• Analytics operation metrics data and propose area for improvement of SSC

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Businesss Management, Statistics or any related field 
• 2-4 years of experiences in Process Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Lean Project Implementation in area of HR or related field would be advantaged 
• Deep understanding of HR/Finance Operation, Shared Services Center, System
• Strong in data analytical, problem solving (solutioning), business partnering
• Willing to be placed in MT Haryono, Jakarta Selatan
