Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design Target Operating Model Framework of Shared Services Center (SSC): Process Flow, Split Role, SLA, Process Control/Operation Metrics
- Involve in Project Implementation of SSC: Implementation & Migration Plan and Go Live Scenarios, Hypercare and Stabilization, Communication and Change Management
- Continuous Operation Improvement/Maturity level of SSC (Maturity Capability of People, Process, Platform, Operation)
- Setup of Services Management and Governance of SSC (Services Catalog, Business Model/Scheme, Services Agreement)
- Identify existing Pain Point of Shared Services Center (Process, Policy, Platform)
- Define operation SLA, Process Control/Operation Metrics of SSC
- Design new Process Flow, Split Role, SOP and Handbook of SSC
- Analytics operation metrics data and propose area for improvement of SSC
Qualifications
Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Businesss Management, Statistics or any related field
- 2-4 years of experiences in Process Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Lean Project Implementation in area of HR or related field would be advantaged
- Deep understanding of HR/Finance Operation, Shared Services Center, System
- Strong in data analytical, problem solving (solutioning), business partnering
- Willing to be placed in MT Haryono, Jakarta Selatan
