Job Description
- Provide technical support to staff members via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computers, printers, and other hardware devices
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, inventory, and maintenance logs
- Assist in network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide solutions and resolve issues
- Research and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and IT best practices
Qualifications
- Graduated, min SMK majoring in Computer or Computer and Network Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Logical, meticulous, analytical and a good problem solver
- Ready to work overtime and outdoor
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
- Understand router (mikrotik), switch, IP, DNS (preferred)
