Job Description

  • Provide technical support to staff members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computers, printers, and other hardware devices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, inventory, and maintenance logs
  • Assist in network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and permissions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to provide solutions and resolve issues
  • Research and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and IT best practices

Qualifications

  • Graduated, min SMK majoring in Computer or Computer and Network Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Logical, meticulous, analytical and a good problem solver
  • Ready to work overtime and outdoor
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
  • Understand router (mikrotik), switch, IP, DNS (preferred)
