McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Head of Marketing B2B to join our ever-growing team.

1. Own platform performance: keep the platform fast, stable and reliable for customers.
2. Continuously improve core platform features toward global standards, with a focus on usability and flexibility.
3. Plan and deliver platform upgrades and releases with minimal disruption to customers.
4. Own system-to-system integration between the platform and customers' and partners' systems.
5. Support packaging and segmentation of the platform for different customer types.
6. Support product development for expansion into new markets.
7. Lead a team of Associate Product Managers and work closely with engineering, hardware and sales.
8. Ensure delivery of the committed product roadmap, including work that supports other product teams.

Must have

•  6+ years as a product manager on business software sold by subscription (B2B SaaS), with 2+ years leading other product managers.

•  Has made a product measurably faster or more reliable, working hand in hand with engineers.

•  Writes clear requirements and can say no to most requests.

•  Technical background in integration development (system to system).

Nice to have

•  Software sold in more than one country.

•  Fleet, logistics or vehicle-tracking background.

•  Video, connected-device or AI-alert products.
