Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end post-deal account activities, ensuring smooth ownership and execution once leads are handed over from internal BD/SE teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support ongoing collaboration with BD/SE partners.
  • Handle enterprise-level systems and oversee B2B account operations comprehensively.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive farming, nurturing, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with service, legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders to support project and account activities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, with strong task delegation and timeline management (similar to light project management responsibilities).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related sales/account role handling enterprise client.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, PMO-related coordination, or working within system integrator environments.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft-based systems, and proficient with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and internal trackers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to organize priorities, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong delegation skills, collaborative working style, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Preferably has networks or familiarity within the automotive, logistics, or transportation sectors.
