Uraian Pekerjaan

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins with our existing customers to understand their needs, address challenges, and identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identify churn risk, and work proactively to eliminate that risk.
  • Develop customized success plans for each client that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our customer base to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs and challenges are communicated and addressed within our company
