Job Description

  1. Collecting information on prospect customers who are sales targets from various sources of information available both online and offline.
  2. Ensure information is filled in correctly and accurately in the Company's CRM system.
  3. Conduct cross reference checks on information obtained from various online directories and other sources of information.
  4. Make periodic reports on the customer database collected.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum D3 majoring in statistics/equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Have the ability to multitask
  3. Have good communication skills and analytical thinking.
  4. Have good administrative skills.
  5. Has 2 years of working experience in the field of data collection or telemarketing.
  6. Mastering Microsoft Office especially Ms Excel, Pivot Table.
  7. Placement : Surabaya
